Private Lessons

Regardless of your experience, join Chad White Wolf Koch for private lessons to start or take your Yoga practice deeper. Whether you want to improve strength, flexibility, general health, are self-conscious of being in a class setting or want to get some guided help with a specific issue or ailment, private lessons will give you the attention you want. Private lessons can be the path to flowing in strength with Yoga.

The first step in a private lesson is to assess your alignment and common tendencies in your posture. Then, we will address your needs and create a vision and path to making that vision a reality. You will be instructed in asana (poses and postures) and pranayama (breathing). Together we will create a reality from the vision.
